Celiac disease is the immune reaction to eating gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley and rye, which over time causes inflammation that damages the lining of the small intestine and leads to medical complications. September 13 marks the national celiac disease awareness day, and to contribute to this important date we created this template with which you can explain what the disease is, what its diagnosis, pathology and treatment are and give some recommendations to create awareness.
