American Tribal Folktales for Middle School

Before 1492 and the European colonization, there were people living in the Americas. In the United States, for example, there were several tribes of Native American people, including the Sioux, the Choctaw or the Iroquois. Many tales have been told about them. Perhaps a big battle, or how they envisioned outsiders. It can be a nice topic for a lesson (and, while you're at it, you can teach about the different tribes).
