All you need

Certificate
- Design a simple template on Canva
Font
- A .ttf (True-Type Font) file like this, can simply be downloaded from here.
Names
- Finally, a list of names in a .txt format or a .csv format.

Pillow module

Using the pillow module to make changes.

Calculating and declaring default values.

Implement into a bot
This could be implemented into a telegram bot maybe.

The groups who have participants in a telegram group can add this bot to the group.

The bot then fetches all the participant names from the group and DMs them their certificate.

This bot may be useful for someone like college committees who arrange events like hackathons etc.
