Contacter

A CLI application for storing contacts as a csv file written in Python.

You can use this to save your contacts with a special relations tag in which you can add the type of relation you share with that person...along with storing their email (if they have one).

And,of course, you can use this program under the GPL...so feel free to fork it or clone it...
