Python project template for Web API with cookiecutter

What's this

This provides the project template including minimum test/lint/typechecking package and deployment scripts.
Its goad is to reduce workloads to arrange CI script from scratch or something when creating new service.
(inspired by cookiecutter-docker-science)

Requirements

• cookiecutter
• kamidana
  • to convert input project names into kebabcase
