This is an implementation of Googles Yogi-Optimizer in Keras (tf.keras)

My implementation is heavily based on Keras own Adam implementation which can be found here: https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/blob/r1.12/tensorflow/python/keras/optimizers.py
